Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a GoHighLevel account already?
Yes. You need an active HighLevel account to use this integration. We don't provide GHL subscriptions. Once you have one, we connect it to your AeroIDX account and your clients' IDX sites.
Can I use this integration for multiple clients?
Yes. The agency plan covers all of your client accounts, and each one gets its own isolated connection inside its own GHL sub-account.
What does the GHL snapshot include?
You get workflows for IDX lead follow-up over email and SMS, a property inquiry pipeline, tagging rules that fire based on what the lead searched for, and the email and SMS templates themselves. Everything stays editable once it's deployed.
Does the integration work with any website platform?
Yes. The embeds work on GoHighLevel pages, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and plain HTML sites. The lead sync runs through the IDX backend rather than the website builder, so the platform doesn't matter.
How does lead data flow from IDX to HighLevel?
When a visitor fills out a contact form, saves a listing, or registers on your IDX site, AeroIDX sends their name, email, phone, the area they searched, and their price range to HighLevel over the API. HighLevel creates the contact and fires whichever workflow you set up.
What HighLevel plan is required?
Any GoHighLevel plan works. The Agency plan makes more sense once you're managing several client sub-accounts, but a single-location account can run the integration for one client.
Is there an ongoing monthly fee for the integration?
No. The connection comes with your AeroIDX account. You pay AeroIDX and GoHighLevel separately, and nothing else on top of that.
